Welcome to Octa Learning. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to these legal terms governing our educational services, pay after placement obligations, and student conduct.
1. Enrollment & Access
Students must provide accurate personal information during registration. Access to course materials is granted upon successful admission and is non-transferable. Octa Learning reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation of our conduct policies.
2. Pay After Placement Obligations
Under our Pay After Placement model, students are obligated to settle tuition fees only upon securing a relevant professional placement as defined in the Income Share Agreement. Students must maintain active participation in placement assistance and report job offers within 48 hours of receipt.
3. Intellectual Property & Conduct
All course content, including videos, code templates, and design assets, are the exclusive intellectual property of Octa Learning. Redistribution or unauthorized commercial use of these materials is strictly prohibited. Students are expected to maintain professional conduct and academic integrity throughout the program.
You agree to receive information messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, etc.) from Octa Learning LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at sam@octalearning.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Enrollment
Admission to Octa Learning is subject to meeting our academic and eligibility criteria. Students are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the program. We collect essential information, including mobile numbers, to provide course updates. By enrolling, you consent to receive SMS communications regarding your placement journey. You retain the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal data at any time.
Pay After Placement Obligations
The Pay After Placement (PAP) model requires students to settle tuition fees only upon securing a qualifying job offer. You commit to sharing a predefined percentage of your monthly salary as per the Income Share Agreement. All course materials and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Octa Learning. Failure to adhere to payment terms or job acceptance obligations may lead to enrollment termination and legal recovery of due fees.
Copyright & Property
All course materials, including videos, documents, and code samples provided by Octa Learning, are protected by intellectual property laws. Enrollment in our program grants a personal, non-transferable license to access content for educational purposes only. Redistribution, public display, or commercial use of Octa Learning’s proprietary materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
Conduct & Termination
To maintain a high-quality professional learning environment, Octa Learning requires all students to adhere to a strict code of conduct. Enrollment in our Pay After Placement program is contingent upon professional integrity, intellectual property respect, and consistent academic progress. Any behavior that disrupts the learning community or violates our commitment to excellence may result in immediate termination of the placement agreement and portal access.
