Refund Policy

Thank you for buying our courses. We want to make sure our users have a rewarding experience while discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses — whether online or classroom.

As with any online purchase experience, the following are the terms and conditions governing the Refund Policy. By purchasing any training course on the Octa Learning website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and the points below.

For Long-Term Courses (Duration 6 Months and Above)

If a student wishes to cancel his/her enrollment before or after classes have begun, they must notify in person, by email, Certified Mail, or termination to Octa Learning. The cancellation becomes effective on the date the notice is postmarked.

  • Cancellation can be made in person, by email, by Certified Mail, or termination — and will be effective based on the last date of attendance or written notice received.
  • All monies will be refunded if the institution does not accept the application or the student cancels within three business days after signing the agreement and making payment.
  • Cancellation before the first class results in full refund of all money paid except registration fee.
  • The drop/add period is the first week of classes. Withdrawal during this week allows refund of tuition and fees except registration fee. No refunds after this week.
  • After admission, the amount paid stands forfeited except refundable deposits (if any).

If a student chooses to withdraw from the program, Octa Learning will follow the below four-tier refund system:

For Short-Term Courses (Duration Less Than 6 Months)

Octa Learning Information Practices

Octa Learning provides online and classroom training for PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma, ITIL, Primavera, MS SharePoint, PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, Minitab, MS Project, and more.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training / Instructor-Led Training

  • In case Octa Learning cancels an event, 100% refund will be issued.
  • If a delegate cancels 7 days or more prior to an event, 10% of fee will be deducted.
  • If cancellation is within 7 days or less, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of subscribing — 5% of the fee will be deducted.
  • Cancellation after 48 hours — no refund will be made.
  • For third-party courses (e.g. MS Project, MS SharePoint), 50% fee will be levied as administration and cancellation charges.
  • No refunds after 48 hours of course subscription.
  • UK Consumers receive a 14-day cooling-off period if no content has been consumed.

Refunds: Duplicate Payment

Duplicate payments will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days after customer notification.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the refund request.
